ATLANTA -- The Fulton County Sheriff's Office said Jay Wayne Jenkins -- more widely known as rapper Young Jeezy -- turned himself in to authorities last Friday on a grand jury warrant.

Tracy Flanagan with the Fulton County Sheriff's Office says Jenkins turned himself in to the Fulton County Jailon January 3, in relation to charges of terroristic threats, false imprisonment and battery. He left the same day on a $45,000 bond.

His plea and arraignment hearing is set for January 29 in Fulton County Superior Court before Judge Shawn LaGrua.
