DUNWOODY, Ga. -- Dunwoody police have released surveillance images of three suspects accused of shoplifting at Perimeter Mall.

The Von Maur department store was robbed Wednesday at around 4:20 p.m.

Police said a young man tried to steal from the store, while two women acted as lookouts. Loss prevention officers approached the male suspect, who began to fight with them.

The suspect ran from the store; the officers followed him into the mall parking lot. Police said the suspect then pointed a gun at the officers before running toward the nearby Dunwoody MARTA station.

The suspect is described as a black man in his late teens or early 20's, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair worn in small twists. He faces charges of shoplifting and aggravated assault.
