Here are some Meal Suggestions for Feeding Your Familyof Four for $93 Per week using the grocery list purchased on a tight budget.

This plan assumes you have some basic staples in our home like condiments and cooking oil

Breakfast:

Oatmeal or Eggs, Toast, tangerines

Lunch:

Tuna sandwich or salad with Red Potatoes
Hard Boiled Eggs

Chicken Noodle Soup (for two)
Tomato Bisque (for two)
Caesar salad with Tuna

Dinner:
