During the last storm, a lot of blame fell on Georgia Emergency Management Agency Director Charley English. This time around, GEMA officials say things will be different.

GEMA went into full activation mode at 3 p.m. on Monday. They are holding around-the-clock preparations for anything that could go wrong.
