ATLANTA -- Toys R Us has unveiled anew reservation systemthat gives parents a guarantee if they plan early and put some money down on the hottest toys for the holidays.
The program allows parents to reserve any of the 50 toys on the company's 2012 Holiday Hot Toy List.
They have to visit a local store's guest services desk before October 31st to reserve toys with a 20 percent deposit.The toys will be available for pickup before December 16.
Crowley gave 11Alive News a closer look at five of the top toys on the hot 50 list.

"People are coming in here for these toys, left and right," Crowley said as he pointed to the Doc McStuffins "Time for your Checkup Doll. "It's gonna be one of the hottest sellers of the year."
The doll isbased on a popular new Disney Junior show. It's for kids three and up and sells for $39.99.
An updated version of theFurby, which first surfaced in 1998,is expected to be a hit this year.The new version has LED eyes and apps you can use to feed him.
"He will interact with you, and he'll develop and learn as you play with him," Crowley said.
It's for ages 6 and up and sells for $54.99.
Girls may swoon for the new One Direction dolls, based on the popular boy band. Each one sells for $19.99
The PlaySkool Rocktivity Arch will stand the test of time, offering new activities as your baby grows.
"It's basically a one-baby band where the baby can interact with it and play different types of music on it," Crowley said.
It's $89.99 for ages 6 months to 3 years.
The Air Hogs Battle Tracker, which sells for just under $100, lets kids play on their own or take on their friends.
"They're gonna try to shoot each other, so they have foam darts that actually shoot out of the helicopter and battle tracker," Crowley said.
It's designed for ages 10-12.
