KENNESAW, Ga.-- An overnight S.W.A.T. situation in Kennesaw has ended with an accused shooter's surrender.

Cobb members surrounded a homeon Bozeman Lake Road early Friday morning.

Neighborssaid police officers knocked on their doors at about 1:30 a.m., asking them to leave their homes and turn off their outside lights while they negotiated with the accused shooter.

Police aren't callingthe situationa standoff because they said the man surrendered when they called him outside using a blowhorn and did not resist police.

The shooting victim, meanwhile,was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
