FULL STORY: 5 charged in elaborate kidnapping plot
The FBI arrested Jakym Tibbs Monday morning just before 7:00 a.m., at a residence in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He was scheduled for an initial court appearance Monday afternoon in federal court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania in Harrisburg.
Investigators say Frank Janssen was taken from his Wake Forest, N.C. home on April and held for five days. He was rescued by the FBI in Atlanta on April 10.
Six other suspects have already been arrested in the kidnapping.
Authorities say that Janssen was targeted because his daughter, an assistant district attorney in Wake County, N.C., prosecuted one of the suspects.
