ATLANTA -- A summer food program is making sure kids don't go hungry.

Georgia's First Lady Sandra Deal is helping draw attention to the program which offers free meals to eligible kids under 18.

The Annual Summer food service program is funded by the U.S. Agriculture Department, and is administered by the organization, Bright From the Start.

The program provides meals in low income areas during summer when kids are out of school.
