ATLANTA -- The violence in Boston was on the minds of students at Emory University.

Dozens of them gathered to hold a prayer vigil at Noon Wednesday for the victims of the Boston tragedy, and for victims of violence across the world.

The students wrapped black and white shoe laces around their wrists as prayer symbols.

They also traced their feet on colored paper, cut out the footprints and wrote messages of prayer and support.
