ATLANTA -- A driver slammed into a building in Downtown Atlanta Thursday morning.

The car hit Georgia State University's Baptist Collegiate Ministries building near the corner of Courtland Street and Edgewood Avenue shortly before 4 a.m.

Investigators said the driver had a seizure and lost control of the car. It left a gaping hole in the building.

There was no immediate word on the driver's condition.
