With the primary elections set for next Tuesday, May 20, those who are registered voters in Fulton County are advised to cast their ballots at their designated precinct.
Because of the county redistricting, residents were mailed new voter registration cards indicating poll location and precinct number.
The Director of Fulton County Registration and Elections, Richard Barron, encourages registered voters to check their cards before they go out to vote.
"Registered voters need to remember that their voting precinct and poll might have changed based on the new redistricting map," stated Barron,"They should check their cards to make sure they know where to vote on May 20. We want everyone to show up at the right location."
The Fulton County Department has posted a poll locator and district maps to their website to assist registered voters with finding their precinct and poll locations.
If you have any questions regarding the new card, you can call the Fulton County Department of Registration and Elections at 404-612-7020.
