FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. -- A man wanted for drugging and assaulting teenage girls in Forsyth County has been arrested in Mexico.

Kenneth Dustin Grant was wanted by the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear on charges of aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, child molestation and sexual exploitation of children.

According to police, in November 2008, Grant drugged his children's teenage babysitter, then took photos of himself molesting her while she was unconscious. Investigators also uncovered pictures of a similar assault on the victim's older sister, as well as photos of other girls, in Grant's possession.

Grant was indicted in October 2009 and posted $75,000 bond in January 2010. He had a scheduled court hearing in September 2010, but did not attend. Police said Grant cut off his ankle monitor and threw it in Lake Lanier, then left the country.

U.S. Marshals teamed up with the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office to track Grant to Guadalajara, Mexico, where he was living under a fake identity. After his arrest, he was transported to Los Angeles, where he is being held until his extradition to Georgia.

Grant's case was featured several times on "America's Most Wanted."

"Their airing of this case was instrumental in the investigation," Forsyth County Sheriff Duane Piper said of the TV program.
