MARIETTA, Ga. (WXIA) -- A three-vehicle wreck knocked down two utility poles on Powder Springs Road at Booth Circle in Marietta, knocking out power for a number of customers Tuesday afternoon.

Marietta Police said a large box truck was traveling on Powder Springs Road alongside a passenger vehicle when the truck changed lanes, striking the vehicle. Both vehicles ended up hitting a utility vehicle, which flipped over, knocking down the utility poles. Both poles, police said, had active wires.

The passenger in the car as well as the driver of the box truck suffered minor injuries.

Repair crews are working to clean up the scene.
