LAWRENCEVILLE -- A Gwinnett County driver is calling for visibility improvements on a dark and deadly stretch of Lawrenceville Highway, after two fatal accidents involving pedestrians in the past four months.

There are no street lamps on the section of US-29 between Hamilton Road and Church Road, and concerned driver Nana Bandoh says it's very difficult to see people crossing in the dark.

Nana witnessed the end of a fatal accident last month and is also familiar with the spot where R&B singer Natina Reed was struck and killed back in October.

Not wanting to see any more blood shed, Nana contacted 11Alive's Commuter Dude to get the attention of County and State officials.
