ATLANTA -- Organizers of the annual AJC Peachtree Road Race say they are working get t-shirts to those left out at the end of the 10K on Friday morning.
According to Atlanta Track Club Executive Director Rich Kenah, they first received reports at 10:45 a.m. of sizing problems. Some people were unable to get their desired size.
Just before noon, Kenah said there was a t-shirt shortage. Kenah did not say how many people were affected, but it appeared to be more than 100.
Everyone who finished the race after 10:45 a.m. will get an email on Monday telling them how they will be able to get t-shirts. Kenah promised all runners will get their shirts in their desired sizes.
