We start off Sunday with patchy dense fog through the morning hours. Once the fog burns off though, mostly cloudy skies will prevail. High temperatures will be in the low to mid 50s.

Sunday night the next round of showers returns, although it will mainly be light showers. This rain will carry into Monday, so the morning commute could be a soggy one. High temperatures will be in the low 50s.

We still are monitoring another rain system for late Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning. While small, there is a chance for a few strong, possibly severe, thunderstorms mixed in. We will keep monitoring this closely.

There is still a chance that early Christmas Eve morning that a few flurries could mix in mainly in the north Georgia mountains Wednesday morning. We will just have a few lingering rain drops here, with the moisture moving out early. It will be chilly on Wednesday with a high of only 48°.

Christmas Day will be mostly sunny but cold. Morning temps start off near freezing with a high up to 52°.
