We've been watching a few showers popping up again late afternoon into the evening. The showers are moving from the east to the west again. The flow around an upper level low to the south is enhancing that direction of movement. The main threats from these showers are pockets of heavy rain and some lightning.

That upper low bringing the moisture into our area will not move much, so we can expect the scattered showers to remain in the forecast Wednesday afternoon. The rain chance will be at 30%. A cold front will move in by Thursday bringing more wet weather, but should move far enough south that we dry out slightly Friday and Saturday. Stay tuned.

We are also watching tropical depression #2 that developed in the Atlantic yesterday. It won't have any effect on us as it falls apart before it gets close to us.
