The strong storms and heavy rain have moved out of the area. A few clouds will linger into the early morning hours on Monday. It's possible for a brief wrap around shower early Monday. We will begin to clear out with comfortable temperatures. We will make it up to 67 Monday afternoon.
It cools down again on Tuesday. We will have partly cloudy skies with highs holding in the mid 50s. We are watching an area of showers that will affect most of east and southeast Georgia on Wednesday. Some of our models keep that rain chance away from us Wednesday. I'm going to hold on to a small chance for showers Wednesday here in the metro area.
We will have mostly sunny skies and cooler air for Thanksgiving and the end of the week. We get down to 35 Thursday morning with a high of 52. We will move down to freezing Friday morning with an afternoon high of 54. We will warm back to the mid 60s by next Sunday.
