That east wind gave us a few more clouds mixing in with the sun today. We managed to get up to 84 degrees for a high. There were a couple of showers that developed in west Georgia moved over into Alabama. That east wind pushed them away from Atlanta. Most areas will be dry for the rest of the night.

Saturday, look for mostly sunny skies with highs near 80. Sunday will be the same, with highs near 80. Models are showing the return of a chance for light rain to move in between Sunday night and Monday. We will be watching the timing of the front to fine tune the forecast.

Much of next week looks dry for now.
