We aren't finished with the 90s yet. Even though today is September 1st and many people are looking toward autumn, our temperatures are actually warming up this week. We are in the upper 80s today. We will hit 90 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday.
We will remain dry for the next couple of days, too. Our rain chance will be less than 20% on Wednesday and Thursday. A little more moisture will move in for the end of the week and the weekend. We will watch our rain chances go up to 20% on Friday. We are up to 30% chances for rain on Saturday and Sunday. It is a long holiday weekend. I don't want those rain chances to scare you. There will be a lot of dry hours for the weekend. Just be prepared for a shower to develop in the afternoon and evenings. It's more of a summer time pop up storm that some will see. The rain chance holds at 30% on Monday.
Temperatures for the weekend will go back to the mid 80s. We will have an east wind which will help to cool us down a little.
Looking beyond Labor Day, we will have some isolated showers next week with temperatures holding in the 80s.
