A cold front has pushed through the area last night and is located just south of the city. The front will continue to drift southward and any showers and thunderstorms that pop up should remain south of the front. North of the front (Metro Atlanta and northward), the weather will be much better. Partly sunny skies and highs in the upper 80s

Another dry day Saturday with mostly sunny skies. Highs will be around 90. Much of Sunday will be dry, but late in the day we will bring back a slight chance for showers ahead of a cold front. The next best chance for rain and thunderstorms will be on Monday.

Cooler air will be moving in next week.
