ATLANTA - Several festivals are taking place in Atlanta this weekend. While rain is in the forecast, here is what and when you can expect.

StormTracker Chesley McNeil said Sunday has the highest chance for rain with 70 percent but said current models show nothing will be severe.


There is a 20 percent chance for scattered showers during the early afternoon into the evening. The biggest chance for those showers is during the warmest parts of the day; sometime after 2:00 PM and before 7:00PM.


There is a 30 percent chance of scattered showers between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM but Chesley said much of the day should be rain free. The temperatures could reach 90 degrees by late afternoon.


There will be off and on showers throughout the early afternoon and into the evening. Sunday has a 70 percent chance of showers that should end around nightfall.
