Kendrick Lamar to perform free concert during National Championship halftime

The concert is a free non-ticketed event inside Centennial Olympic Park.

Calling all college football fans, Kendrick Lamar will be performing during halftime at College Football Playoff National Championship game.

ESPN announced the seven-time Grammy-award winning rapper will be performing in Centennial Olympic Park on Monday, Jan. 8, 2018.

The concert is a free and non-ticketed event inside the park. Lamar’s performance will be integrated into halftime of ESPN’s broadcast of the National Championship Game.

“Having the opportunity to perform at halftime of what will surely be the best game of the year between two deserving universities is truly an honor,” said Kendrick Lamar. “Thank you, ESPN, for having me be the first halftime performer ever at the College Football Playoff National Championship.”
