ATLANTA - Everyone seems to know that Atlanta is becoming the Hollywood of the south. With 'Avengers Infinity War', 'Captain America Civil War' and many other movies being filmed in the metro, it's hard to disagree with that.

11Alive got a chance to see where some of those popular movies filmed their scenes right here in the city.

Atlanta Movie Tours was created six years ago and business is booming.

The company takes fans and visitors around the city and pinpoints exactly where some of the most popular blockbusters were filmed.

Owner Carrie Burns didn't even dream of opening this kind of business, "We were just taking friends around who were in town and we just decided to do this as a business."

Some locations that were shown on the tour were Nelson Street. Here, 'Captain America Civil War' and 'The Avengers Infinity War' was filmed there by using a green screen.

Also 'Spiderman Homecoming', 'Ant Man 2' and some scenes from 'Black Panther' were filmed on Mitchell Street.

And, the CDC was "destroyed" for a scene in 'Captain America and the Black Widow'.

With the help of CGI, set designers and green screens, Atlanta gets transformed into a film creator's innovator's paradise.
