'Doom Patrol' wants actors for upcoming circus scene

Here are the details!

ATLANTA — Production on the latest season of the DC Comic original series “Doom Patrol” remains active, and Atlanta casting producers need actors for a scene that sounds like a circus.

The Southern Casting Call reports producers are looking for actors to portray clowns in an upcoming scene.

“This is family-friendly event, so no scary personas just colorful. The directors will be picture picking these roles so please submit with photos of you at work in the best costume,” the outlet shared in a description for the role.

The shoot will take place on Feb. 27 and 28 in Conyers, Georgia. Actors will be required to work on set for a “full day,” as filming may go late into the night.

"Doom Patrol" is just one of several productions currently taking place in Atlanta.

Sylvester Stallone’s "Samaritan” and “Red Notice” starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson are just some of the productions underway right now in Atlanta.

Production signs with “GRANT” have been used for “Doom Patrol," for the previous season and the current season.

The show follows a group of outcast superheroes and an idealistic mad scientist as they investigate and protect Earth from strange phenomena.

If you think you’ve got what it takes for the role, submit your resume, headshot, sizes, and your distance to Conyers in an e-mail to TDP2.BGCasting@gmail.com with a Subject Line: CLOWN 2/27 & 2/28.
