Everything you need to know for Mariah Carey’s show at Fox Theatre

To ensure you enjoy the concert, there are some things you need to know before you head out the door donned in your fancy outfit.

ATLANTA — International singer & songwriter icon Mariah Carey is bringing her "Caution World Tour" to Atlanta!

The multi-platinum selling, multiple Grammy Award winner kicked off the North American tour in Dallas and visited cities across the U.S. and Canada including Chicago, Atlantic City, Philadelphia, and more.

Mariah will perform her latest songs like "With You" and "The Distance," along with selections from her timeless music catalog such as "Fantasy," "Honey" and "Hero."

The event is set for Tuesday, March 5 at 8 p.m., according to the Fox Theatre's website.

To ensure you enjoy the concert, there are some things you need to know before you head out the door.

TICKETS

Tickets for all events are available at the Fox Theatre Ticket Office located within the main Arcade entrance of the Fox Theatre on a walk-up basis only. The Fox Theatre Ticket Office has no service charges for most shows.

During events, the Ticket Office opens two hours prior to show time. Doors to the Fox and Will Call open one hour prior to show time.

TRANSPORTATION

Plan ahead when it comes to your transportation to and from the concert. You have various options when it comes to getting there including rideshare like Uber and Lyft, MARTA (the Dome/GWCC/Philips Arena Station), and parking.

A number of convenient public lots surround the Fox Theatre. The cost to park is usually $5-$30.

POLICY

Before you bring in any extra items inside the venue, take a look at what you are not allowed to bring.

Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to:

Firearms (with or without permit)

Pocketknives, multi-tools, or knives of any size

Pepper Spray or Mace

Flares or Fireworks

Oversized bags (Bag larger than 14” x 14”, including all backpacks, briefcases, luggage, or duffle bags)

Illegal Substances

Outside Food and Beverage

Laser Pointers/ flashlights greater than 3"

Professional or flash photography, tripods, monopods, selfie-sticks

Audio or Video recording devices

Signs larger than 11” x 17” or any sign attached to a stick or pole

Skateboards, hoverboards, rollerblades, scooters, or bicycles

Full facial coverings such as masks

Balloons, permanent markers, spray paint, silly string

Noisemaking devices (e.g. Air Horns, drums, whistles)

Large or pointed umbrellas

Later this year, "The Caution Tour" will travel across Europe, making stops in France, Germany, Denmark, Spain and Holland.
