ATLANTA — The Oprah Winfrey Network is currently looking for 100 black women to participate in “OWN Spotlight: Black Women OWN the Conversations” season 2.
The limited series takes on important issues with an array opinions and solutions for women of color. Topics include Money and wealth, aging, blackness, mental health, faith, sex and work. Eight episodes of the series will film in Atlanta, beginning March 30.
Producers are looking for black women who are 18 and older to participate in the audience for the town hall-style series.
While it is not paid opportunity, participants could get major camera time, depending on how they contribute to the various topics.
Audience members must be prepared for four to five hours of taping and will be asked to participate in a background check prior to being involved in the show.
