DESOTO, Texas - Animal Control found a giant yellow python off Interstate 35, according to a Facebook post by the DeSoto Police Department.
The police department posted two photos Monday night of the snake with two members of the Animal Control unit.
DeSoto police said the snake was deceased when the unit arrived on the scene at I-35 East at Pleasant Run.
