ATLANTA — Atlanta restaurants are ready to help celebrate metro moms! Don't make mom wait. Restaurants recommend making a reservation to reserve your table for the holiday.
Here's a rundown on the events and specials for Mother's Day 2019:
ATLAS: Celebrate Mother’s Day with dinner at Atlas. Moms will be treated to a complimentary glass of bubbly, a single stemmed rose and are invited to enjoy a spectacular three-course "prix fixe" menu for $75 per person created just for the occasion by executive chef Christopher Grossman and pastry chef Christian Castillo. The full chef-driven dinner menu, which changes daily, will also be available.
BISTRO OFF BROAD: Brunch lovers are invited to take a day trip with mom to Bistro Off Broad in historic downtown Winder, Georgia, on Sunday, May 12th for a locally-sourced Mother’s Day brunch created by executive chef Alex Friedman. From 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, diners can nosh on Buttermilk Malted Waffles, French Toast, Biscuits & Gravy, La Boucherie and Eggs and much more. Moms can sip on bottomless mimosas and bellinis, along with bottomless Bloody Marys.
BLACK WALNUT CAFÉ: Join Black Walnut Café for brunch in Alpharetta or Peachtree Corners, and try a fun twist on their classic mimosas for $6.50 each. Flavors include grapefruit, passion fruit and cranberry. In addition, Black Walnut Cafe will be making a donation to No Kids Hungry.
BULLY BOY: Bully Boy will be open special hours from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 12, 2019, in honor of Mother’s Day. Featuring an array of Eastern seaboard fare created by executive chef Michael Bertozzi, moms and their hungry guests can dive into Virginia Oyster Sliders, BBQ Georgia White Shrimp, Main Jonah Crab Roll and much more. Imbibers looking to toast to the holiday can sip on a nostalgic cocktails, local and coastal craft brews and full-bodied wines.
COMMUNITY SMITH: Join Community Smith on Sunday, May 12 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. for a delicious Mother's Day brunch buffet. The meal will feature a carving station with Dry Rubbed New York Strip, community classics like Bourbon Molasses Roasted Chicken and a breakfast corner with Brioche French Toast and an omelette station. Seats are $50 per adult and $20 per child (12 years & under).
COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME: Mom's get in free to the College Football Hall of Fame with the purchase of a regular price admission ticket. They are offering all mom's a free Mimosa, complimentary chair massage and manicure. The first 50 moms in the door will also receive a free gift from Stella & Dot. Mimosas are available from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Massages begin at 10 a.m. Most importantly, mom's will receive "me time" while the family explores other parts of the exhibits.
DANTANNA’S: With two locations, Buckhead and downtown, Dantanna’s is celebrating moms this Mother’s Day with a curated brunch menu and, of course, lots of bubbles. On Sunday, May 12, 2019, moms are invited to enjoy a brunch menu created just for Mother’s Day by Dantanna’s very own Chef Monique Barrow. As if that wasn’t enough, moms can also take advantage of bottomless mimosas from 11 am to 5 pm at the Buckhead location and 12 pm to 5 pm at the Downtown location, while enjoying a delectable brunch.
DEL FRISCO’S GRILLE: Del Frisco’s Grille Atlanta will host Mother’s Day brunch as well as dinner on May 12. Burnch (until 3 p.m.) will feature favorites like short rib hash and filet benedict and red velvet Belgian waffles. Treat mom for dinner (available all day) with a range of menu favorites, including Del Frisco’s signature steaks.
FOGO DE CHAO: All mothers who dine on Mother’s Day May 12, will receive a dining card for a complimentary Full Churrasco lunch, dinner or Sunday brunch on her next visit (redeemable May 13 – July 11; one complimentary card per mom while supplies last). Kids 6 and under dine free at Fogo, and children ages 7 – 12 are always half price.
FOUR SEASONS HOTEL ATLANTA: Enjoy Mother's Day Brunch at Park 75 located inside Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta. Spoil Mom with house made pasta, local cheeses and charcuterie, caviar, Alaskan king crab legs, fresh oysters, carving stations and assorted pastries and desserts. Brunch is from 10 am to 3 pm. Seating is $115 per person and $65 per child (ages 6-12).
FUDO: On Sunday, May 12, 2019, Fúdo, is inviting moms to toast to a special Mother’s Day in the heart of Downtown Chambee with a complimentary glass of sparking rosé. Hungry moms, friends and family are also invited to nosh on artfully presented sushi and sharable plate selections of authentic Japanese cuisine, such as Spicy Mega Tune Roll, Over The RainBow Roll, Pan Seared Dumplings, Shumai, Edamame and much more.
MACARONI GRILL: On Mother’s Day, all Macaroni Grill locations will be offering a special Brunch menu, featuring favorites like Carmel Apple & Walnut French Toast, a Breakfast BLT, and Eggs Benedict. Macaroni Grill will also be hosting a E-Gift Card sale from May 6 – 12 in which customers can purchase cards for 25% off
MISSION + MARKET: Mission + Market will offer brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m on Mother’s Day. Guests can expect delicious brunch offerings complemented by Chef Ian Winslade’s Mother’s Day specials.
PARISH: The Brasserie at PARISH is getting an early start on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 12th. Featuring a mouthwatering menu, brunch lovers can celebrate Mom from 9 am to 3:30 pm and take advantage of a complimentary photo booth from 11 am to 2 pm where they can print off photos and add them to their favorite social media sites. PARISH will also be serving a Mother’s Day dinner from 5:30 pm to 9 pm.
PARK TAVERN: On Sunday May 12, 2019, Park Tavern will host Mother’s Day brunch on its expansive patio overlooking picturesque Piedmont Park. One of its most popular annual events, guests are invited to celebrate Mom while enjoying an exuberant buffet boasting interactive stations including a Biscuit Bar serving flaky buttermilk biscuits with fried chicken, chef-attended omelet and carving stations, and a French toast and Belgian waffle station with the works. New to this year, imbibers can enjoy endless champagne, mimosa and rosé wine offerings from 10 am until 3 pm during Park Tavern’s Mother’s Day Brunch Bubbles experience for $54.95. General Admission is $34.95 for adults, $14.95 for kids ages 7 to 12, and kids 6 and under are free.
THE SHED: The Shed at Glenwood is hosting Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet created by Executive Chef Quintles Swain on May 12th, 2019 from 10 am to 4 pm. Known for its intimate atmosphere, friendly service and seasonal offerings, adults and kids alike can enjoy an array of brunch traditional brunch favorites and signature items from assorted pastries to shrimp & grits, biscuits and gravy, and much more. The Shed’s Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet is available for $35 for adults and $15 for kids.
STK ATLANTA: STK Atlanta is celebrating Mother’s Day with a special brunch for all ages on Sunday, May 12, 2019. From 10:30 am to 3 pm, the Midtown steak and seafood house will be treating guests to a chef-driven Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet featuring sweet and savory brunch essentials, a raw bar, a carving station and a "dessert playground”. Enjoy a live DJ along with classic mimosas, a mimosa bar, Bloody Marys and classic brunch cocktails. STK’s Mother’s Day Brunch Buffett with be available for $79 per person and $22 per child, plus tax and gratuity. STK’s full dinner menu will be available from 4 pm to 10 pm.
TWO URBAN LICKS: TWO urban licks is serving up a brunch this Mother’s Day featuring live music from 10 am to 3 pm. While enjoying acclaimed Executive Che Michael Bertozzi’s fiery brunch and lunch creations including traditional favorites and signature items, guests can take advantage of a complimentary photo booth from 11 am to 2 pm where they can print off photos and add them to their favorite social media sites. Those looking for a later celebration can celebrate Mom with a delicious dinner between 6 pm to 10 pm.
VARUNI NAPOLI MIDTOWN: Varuni Napoli’s Midtown location will bring back their beloved Mare Chiaro brunch pizza for one day only. It’s created with cream cheese, fresh mozzarella, smoked salmon, pickled red onion, capers, grape tomatoes, arugula, and a drizzle of EVOO. Guests can pre-order Varuni’s Mother's Day special for two and receive one Mare Chiaro pie, one bottle of prosecco and two mini cannoli for $50. Saturday, May 11 is the last day to pre-order the special.
