ATLANTA — Louisiana Bistreaux will open its third location at the new Hampton Inn and Suites in Buckhead by the end of May 2019, according to the eatery's owner, Fred Delawalla.
"I’ve been in the Atlanta restaurant scene for the last 39 years and we’ve predominantly focused in the south side," Delawalla told the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
The restaurant will have seating on the ground floor of the hotel and will serve lunch and dinner. There will also be a new entrance built for the restaurant separate from the hotel's entrance, located in the 3300 block of Piedmont Road.
According to Dellawalla, "we'd like to take this concept nationwide, and Buckhead is strategically part of our expansion plan."
The existing locations of the local chain in Decatur and East Point have both landed a 4.5 rating on TripAdvisor.
