ATLANTA — After running a 10K, AJC Peachtree Road Racers will be hungry and exhausted. Stores and restaurants around are trying to ease the muscle pains and tiredness by offering up free food, drinks, and deals to anyone who can prove they ran the race.

11Alive has created a list of the incredible deals around the city to make things a little easier for runners.
1. Aldi
Before the race, the grocery store Aldi is saying that anyone who shows their bib can get $5 of their $30 purchase. The store is encouraging runners to stop in to stay fueled and hydrated for the race.
2. Zunzi's
Recently named, "The best sandwich in Georgia," Zunzi's on Howell Mill Road, will be giving out a free Conquistador Sandwich to anyone who shows their race bib or participation certificate. However, the offer is for the day after the race, on July 5th.
From 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., July 4th, Buttermilk Kitchen will be giving runners a free biscuit for all their hard work. All you have to do is show them your race bib, and a wonderful breakfast will be in your hands.

5. The Lawrence
This restaurant on Juniper Street is offering free beer and food at the end of the AJC Peachtree Road Race. Staff will be at the race after-party to greet runners with a refreshing drink, and a tasty menu.
6. Waffle House
In honor of the AJC Peachtree Road Race's 50th running, Waffle House is offering a new waffle flavor. The restaurant has created the Peach waffle and will be making it for guests for a limited time only.
7. Hampton + Hudson
The Inman Park restaurant will open at 10AM for brunch, offering their backyard special and 'Merican Lemonade drink special throughout the day. If you are running the #AJCPeachtreeRoadRace, be sure to bring your bib number and get a brunch meal for up to $15!
8. Landmark Diner
The Buckhead restaurant is extending the invite for breakfast/brunch on July 4th 9AM-2PM and get $2 off Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s. 10% off your bill if you have on your Peachtree Road Race shirt.
Participants and volunteers of the AJC Peachtree Road Race get 25 percent off the Atlanta United game against the New York Red Bulls on July 7. Runners are encouraged to wear their finisher T-Shirt to show off their accomplishment.
