A bizarre home invasion in Stone Mountain left three men hurt early Tuesday morning.

Police in Gwinnett County are investigating a home invasion in the 2900 block of Sanibel Drive in unincorporated Stone Mountain that occurred early Tuesday morning.

Officers were initially sent to a report of a person stabbed Tuesday morning just before 4:30. When they arrived, they found the homeowner and three wounded male victims. The officers rendered aid to the victims.

When they searched the home, officers noticed that an outside basement door had been forced open and the rooms in the basement had been ransacked. A bloody knife was found in the basement along with a .40 caliber round, a cashbox and a plastic pill bottle.
