DACULA, Ga. — Three boys were at Rabbit Hill Park earlier this week when they said they spotted a man recording others in the bathroom.

Gwinnett County Police said they were called to the park at 400 Rabbit Hill Road around 9 p.m. on May 13.

The boys told officers they were waiting in line to use the bathroom when they saw a man place his phone underneath an adjacent stall and recorded those who went inside of it.

They described the person as a “heavy set white male, black hair with a big bald spot, a black goatee, pink shorts, and a black ‘Mountain View’ baseball T-shirt.”

Police patrolled the park but didn't see anyone matching that description.

Based on the interviews the officers conducted, they believe that the occupants of the adjacent stall were a father and son. Police believe the son may play on a youth baseball team that played at the park on the evening of May 13.

Police want to find the father and son, as well as the suspect in the case.
