GRIFFIN, Ga. -- Police are investigating after vehicles at four homes were shot up on Christmas Eve.
The shootings happened on Bendview Road and Spalding County Sheriff's Office said one of the bullets ricocheted and struck a home.
"I've lived here my whole life and this is the first time I've seen something like this happen," one man.
Law enforcement said they do not believe the shootings were related to gang activity and said they were not a drive-by.
Spaulding County Sheriff Darrel Dix said investigators are going through footage from a security camera to see if they can garner any clues.
"There is nothing funny about this," Dix said. "This is not a game. It's nothing to be laughed about. We going to do everything we can to catch the people that did this and every single thing that we can charge them with, we are going to charge them with. We are going to load their wagon."
The shootings were first reported in the early morning hours on Dec. 24. The shootings are still under investigation.
