LITHONIA, Ga. - A father in DeKalb County told police he witnessed his son being sexually assaulted by a 50-year-old man.
On Monday, DeKalb police were called to a home on Gangle Court after a fight broke out. When the officer arrived on scene, he spoke with the father of the victim. He told the officer he observed his son being sexually assaulted inside an unknown vehicle. That vehicle is described as a silver 2008 Lexus.
Police arrested Milton Rodriguez. He is charged with 1 count of aggravated child molestation.
