BRANDON, Fla. (AP) - Federal authorities say a Florida man brought a 17-year-old Georgia girl to his home to be his sex slave.
According to a complaint filed in U.S. District Court, 40-year-old Thomas Hill met the victim online in December and offered to help her get a job and a place to stay. The complaint says she lied and said her parents were planning to sell her.
INVESTIGATION: This suburban dad paid for sex with 25 girls. Why?
According to the complaint, the girl said Hill sexually assaulted her, coercing her with physical violence, made her watch child pornography and took nude photos of her.
RELATED: She came to Atlanta to be in a music video. He told her she'd dance naked and sell her body.
The Tampa Bay Times reports Hill was arrested by local authorities in February after a deputy found the crying girl running down a street. Those charges were dropped Friday and he was arrested again on federal charges of enticement of a minor and production of child pornography.
Hill told deputies he went to Georgia to rescue her.
