COBB COUNTY, Ga. — A woman who allegedly threatened a judge openly as she was being escorted out of a courtroom now faces a new charge.

"I'm going to get a gun and shoot your for telling me how to raise my kid," Nikki Flukers said according to a warrant filed with the Magistrate Court of Cobb County.

Flukers allegedly made the threat after Judge Kellie Stevens Hill told her she would have to enter and complete parenting classes following a preliminary hearing on another matter.

The 29-year-old Norcross woman was originally arrested in early May on battery and cruelty to children charges, according to Cobb County Sheriff’s Office records.

Her preliminary hearing in that case, where she made the threat, was last week.

She is now being held without bond and faces a felony charge of terroristic threats and acts.

According to the warrant, there were four witnesses in the courtroom who heard her make the threat against the judge.
