Man accused of using mirror, cellphone to creep on customers in mall dressing room

It reportedly happened Dec. 27 inside a Forever 21 store at the Town Center Mall in Kennesaw.

A 22-year-old has been arrested for allegedly spying on customers as they changed in a metro Atlanta mall. 

It reportedly happened Dec. 27 inside a Forever 21 store at the Town Center Mall in Kennesaw.

According to a criminal warrant, Juan Carlos Hernandez reportedly used a mirror and cellphone to spy on customers while they were changing inside a dressing room. An employee at the store saw Hernandez and alerted police. 

According to the warrant, Hernandez admitted to using the mirror and phone so he could see customers in their underwear. 

Authorities charged Hernandez with felony possession of tools for the commission of a crime and felony peeping tom. He's been issued a $10,000 bond.
