ATHENS-CLARK COUNTY, Ga. -- Police are trying to find out what led to a woman being shot in the head early Sunday morning.
According to Athens-Clarke County Police, 30-year-old Natania Jarrad was found with a gunshot wound to her head by her fiance at 3 a.m. June 17, according to police.
Officers were met by James Anthony, Jarrad's fiance, when they arrived to the residence located off of Airport Road.
No suspects have been named at this time and investigations into what lead to Jarrad's death are still underway.
