ATLANTA — Atlanta Police said a man is in stable condition after he was shot in the chest and leg late Thursday night.
They were called to a shooting off of Rockwell Street, S.W., around 11:30 p.m., authorities said.
When law enforcement arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest and leg. The man was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in stable condition, according to police.
Police said they believe the suspect approached the victim, took out his handgun and fired it at the victim multiple times.
Police are still investigating the incident.
