FULTON COUNTY, Ga. -- Fulton County detectives are on the lookout for a person of interest in a fatal Monday afternoon shooting.
Police said a 58-year-old man was shot in front of his home on Gossamer Street around 4 p.m. on Monday. The victim ultimately died of his injuries.
Now authorities are hoping security footage will help them track down a person who was in the Oakley Township subdivision around the time of the homicide. Photo and video appear to show a slender black male in a white shirt and dark pants. The person of interest is also wearing what appears to be a dark backpack.
However, at this point, the investigation is still in the preliminary stages.
