CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — An accused murder is in jail after authorities arrested him at a Clayton County Chuck E. Cheese's, Tuesday.

According to the Clayton County Sheriff's Office, Dakarai Tolbert was out with his family at the entertainment center, when an undercover officer with the Fugitive Squad was able to positively ID him.

Tolbert, authorities said, had been wanted for the Dec. 21 murder of 18-year-old Iseir George in College Park. George had been in his house on Broad-River Road visiting with family from school when he got a call around 8 p.m. to come outside the home. When he did, authorities said he was gunned down by Tolbert.

The Clayton County Sheriff said the undercover officer moved in on Tolbert while he was away from families, discretely arresting him without anyone noticing.

They arrested Tolbert's girlfriend, and mother of his child, too, after she told investigators she didn't know where Tolbert was, despite knowing he was wanted by authorities. They charged her with harboring a fugitive. Tolbert, meanwhile, faces both felony murder and aggravated assault charges.

Both Tolbert and Corina Robertson are being held in the Clayton County Jail.
