ATLANTA — Atlanta Police responded to a shots fired call at about 1:45 a.m. Sunday at the Flipper Temple Apartment complex.

According to Atlanta Police Officer James Daugherty, when officers arrived, they discovered several vehicles and an apartment building that had been damaged by apparent gunfire.

Officers said that after speaking with residents and security, they were unable to obtain a description of any possible suspects from the incident.

A witness told an 11Alive photojournalist that "gang-bangers" had been shooting out windows of cars on multiple nights recently, but were not able to provide any additional description or information.
