LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. -- Gwinnett County police are reporting one death in a shooting outside of Lawrenceville late Friday, after what appears to be a drug deal gone bad.

Police said the incident happened at the Lake Sweetwater Apartments on Sweetwater Road.

They responded after receiving a call of two shots fired and several people speeding away in a red vehicle around 8:13 p.m.

Upon arriving at the scene, police said that found one person dead. That victim has now been identified as 20-year-old Noel Reed from the Duluth area. Not long after police arrived, another officer noticed a vehicle nearby that matched the description of the one that sped away.

Five people inside the vehicle -- one female and four males -- were detained by police near Old Norcross Road and are believed to be connected to the incident.

On Saturday, Gwinnett Police identified them as 23-year-old Sean Swanson, 23-year-old Dominic Fullwood, 20-year-old Darquez Fullwood and 23-year-old Terrell McCallum. The female suspect was, a teenager, was identified as 17-year-old Tia Coleman.

Police arrested them and charged them all with Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana. Swanson and Coleman were also charged with Murder.
