GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — Gwinnett Police are looking into a series of vehicle break-ins at two county parks -- one in Snellville, the other in Lawrenceville.
In both cases, the suspects used the victims' credit cards to make fraudulent purchases.
The first incident happened at Collins Hill Park in Lawrenceville on Wednesday, April 24 at about 3 p.m. The suspect was seen in surveillance images using the victim's credit card at a Kroger grocery store in Suwanee.
He is described as a black male, wearing a Nike hoodie and black pants. Police said he was seen driving a black Lexus with tinted windows.
The second incident happened at Lenora Park in Snellville on Monday, April 29. The suspects in that particular case took a purse and made fraudulent purchases at two separate Kroger stores -- one in Snellville and one in Lithonia -- as well as at a Macy's store in Morrow.
The first suspect in that incident is described as a black male, 20-to-30 years in age, bald, wearing glasses, a goatee, with a tattoo on his left arm. He was wearing a black shirt and red pants or shorts.
The second suspect is also a black male with little facial hair. He was wearing a black Puma hoodie and a black baseball hat. Both men were seen getting into a grey passenger car.
