Fedora-wearing bank robber demands cash, gets away in Carrollton

CARROLLTON, Ga. – Police are on the hunt for a well-dressed bank robber.

Carrollton Police released several photos of a man wearing a fedora who, they said, stole money from a local bank.

Around 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, police said the suspect walked into the SunTrust Bank in the 1300 block of South Park Street and demanded money. Carrollton Police did not disclose how much he took.

Officials believe the man possibly left in a gray or silver Nissan Rogue or Murano.

The suspect was last seen wearing a white fedora, glasses, a blue button-down top and khaki pants.
