LILBURN, Ga. — Gwinnett Fire and Emergency Services released a dramatic video of two people being rescued from their car that got caught in a flash flood late Saturday.
Firefighters and swiftwater rescue technicians were called to the incident just before midnight along the 500 block of Hillcrest Road in Lilburn.
They said the uninjured victims' vehicle became submerged by flash floods as heavy rains from Tropical Storm Delta moved through the area last night.
