No injuries, fire burns half of building overnight in Henry County, officials said

The fire sparked at a building with multiple stories near the intersection of Patrick Henry Parkway and Eagle's Landing Parkway in Stockbridge.

STOCKBRIDGE, Ga. — Henry County Fire crews responded to a building fire on Wednesday night. 

Officials said no one was in the building at the time of the fire, and no other injuries were reported.  The fire sparked at a building near the intersections of Patrick Henry Parkway and Eagle's Landing Parkway in Stockbridge. 

Fire officials said when they arrived at the fire, they found half of the building burning. Crews were able to put out the fire around 2:30 a.m. 

11Alive sent crews to the fire while it was burning, video shows flames coming from a part of the structure just moments after the fire started.  

Authorities said they are still trying to figure out what caused the fire, and have not clarified what the building is.
