ATLANTA - Police put out an alert to the public on Sunday after an inmate didn't return to his halfway house following work.
Georgia Corrections issued the alert on their Twitter page describing Jesse Warren as a black male, 5’7” and 198 pounds, wearing a blue Goodyear Tire uniform.
They say he failed to return to the transitional facility from his place of employment Sunday, but later that day turned himself in without incident.
