GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — While we are in the heart of summer break for students, it's never too soon for teachers to start planning for the new school year.
Teachers can get free school-related supplies during an event at the Infinite Energy Center in Duluth, according to a Gwinnett County Public Schools Facebook post.
On Tuesday, July 9, at 10 a.m., educators with a valid ID, will receive a reusable bag they can fill with up to $30 in free, school-related items from Kroger.
According to the post, the school-related items may include copier paper, tape, dry erase markers, facial tissues, hand sanitizer, and much more.
Target also announced last month that they are bringing back their Teacher Prep Event, offering a 15 percent discount on select classroom supplies from July 13 to 20.
