TUCKER, Ga. - Crews are working to fix two water mains that broke along Lavista Road near Henderson Road Wednesday morning.
According to DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management, crews were alerted to the break at 6:19 a.m. on Wednesday. DeKalb Watershed Management went out to the break and isolated a 10-inch water main so they could continue their search for a break in another 16-inch main.
The break was located and repairs are ongoing as of Thursday, May 3. An estimated time was not given for when repairs would be completed.
Two lanes on Lavista Road headed towards Brocket Road have been blocked to let crews work.
