ATLANTA – A man wearing cut-off shorts and a cut-off t-shirt exposed himself to a woman jogging in Piedmont Park on Tuesday, according to a police report.
The 46-year-old woman told police she was running at the top of a hill near the fountain and dog park when she saw the man standing at the top with his penis sticking out, according to police. She said she didn’t realize he was in front of her until she was less than 10 feet in front of him.
She told police the man was wearing a pair of cut-off denim shorts, a white t-shirt with no sleeves and was holding a stick over his head. The stick had some rags tied to the top of it, according to police.
The woman said she ran through the park to find a phone box because she didn’t have her phone with her. Police haven't made any arrests.
