The Clarkston Police Department has issued a Mattie's Call for a missing person who hasn't been seen in a day.
According to an alert from the Georgia State Patrol, Austin Collier was last seen around 11:30 a.m. Feb. 27 at an apartment off Post Oak Drive in Clarkston.
Authorities said Collier, 30, has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia and may be off his medication.
Collier is described as a black man who is 6'1" in height and weighs 341 pounds. He has brown eyes, and short black hair.
He was last seen wearing black pants, a yellow Nike hoodie with black tennis shoes. Authorities believe Collier may be traveling on foot.
